West Lake Longjing No. 43 is a national-level tea selected from the Longjing population by the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. This Longjing tea, selected by Wing Hop Fung, is picked from Wengjia Mountain, the core production area of "Dragon" in Longjing, West Lake. It is the first tea harvested before Qingming (April 4th).
