Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, in the event that you need to return an item for exchange, please do so within 30 days from the date your order is placed.

Please keep in mind of our policies below if you need to return an item for exchange:

No refunds. Wine & Spirits, loose tea and clearance items are ALL final sale. With the exception of those items, exchanges are allowed within 30 days from the date your order is placed on unopened/unused items. You must include your order form or packing slip with the order number when you send us your item for an exchange.

Gift items may be exchanged at the value of its lowest selling price. 

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the mistake was made by us.  

Our digital images are created to represent our items in the most accurate manner. There may be a slight difference in colors depending on the settings of your monitor.

Once we receive your item, we will create a custom order for the exchange. You will receive an invoice for the new shipping label of the exchanged item, unless the mistake was made by us. Once the payment is processed, your exchanged item will be shipped. 

Received an Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Item

Please accept our sincere apologies if you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Please email us right away, and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by us.
