Sau-Mei tea is belongs to the white tea category, is made of Fu Ding white tea tree leaf, Sau-Mei leaf tips are fat and tender, the leaves are curled like eyebrows, the tea fragrance is pure; Sau-Mei production is huge, it accounts for more than half of the total white tea production。

White tea cakes are essentially pressed tea, which are softened by steam, pressed into shape, and then dried.  When drinking tea cakes, it is recommended to break the tea cakes into pieces of about 7 or 8 grams so that the tea can be awakened. Through the delicate process of waking up tea, the taste of tea can be more mellow and pure.

After dismantling, in the subsequent tasting, the tea soup is softer and gentle, and the aroma is easier to release.
