The 2018 vintage was ideal which allowed us to harvest when the time was right without pressure from imminent weather events. The result is an abundance of well-developed fruit character with smooth tannins, the proverbial iron fist in a velvet glove. The wine is seamless from start to finish with seductive aromas of black cherry, blackberry compote and plum sauce.
