盖碗、紫砂壶或者煮饮。Gaiwan, Yixing teapot, or for boiling.
【冲泡方式 Brewing method】
茶水比1:20,用五克茶放入100毫升盖碗,第一冲快速润茶倒掉不喝,100度沸水冲泡。Tea to water ratio of 1:20. Use 5 grams of tea in a 100ml gaiwan. For the first infusion, quickly rinse the tea and discard it. Brew with boiling water at 100°C.

一般8-10泡。Typically, 8 to 10 infusions.
【冲泡次数时间 Brewing time】
前五泡10-15秒,第四泡开始依据个人口感延长时间,五克茶冲到没味道可以放入250-300毫升水煮茶,(茶水比1:50-60左右)半小时可喝。For the first five infusions, brew for 10-15 seconds. From the fourth infusion onwards, adjust the time according to personal taste. Once the tea loses its flavor, you can boil it with 250-300ml of water (tea to water ratio of approximately 1:50-60). It can be consumed after half an hour.
