白牡丹白茶分四個等級，分別是特級、一級、二級及三級；特級白牡丹，也稱爲牡丹王，芽頭極似白毫銀針，兼具有白毫銀針的鮮爽清甜口感和壽眉高揚的香氣，結合了兩者的優點，滋味和香氣都沒得挑剔。
白茶是指一種採摘後不經過殺青或揉捻，只經過日晒或文火乾燥後所製成的茶葉，白茶白毫顯露。比较出名的出自福建東北部地區，有白毫银针、白牡丹、贡眉、寿眉等不同等级的白茶。
白牡丹：這是一種較新的白茶品種，不僅在中國種植，還在世界其他國家種植。它可以來自中國原產的白茶樹，也可以來自其他品種。白牡丹通常包含一些茶芽，並與尚未展開或剛剛展開的嫩葉混合在一起

Peony White Tea/ Mu Dan Wang
White Peony tea can be classified into four grades: Special Grade, Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3. Special Grade White Peony, also known as "Peony King/牡丹王" features buds that are very similar to Silver Needle, combining the fresh and sweet flavor of Silver Needle with the high, elegant aroma of Shou Mei. It merges the advantages of both, offering impeccable taste and fragrance.
White tea refers to tea leaves that, after being picked, are not subjected to pan-frying or rolling, but are instead dried in the sun or by gentle heat. This process results in tea with prominent white hairs. The most famous varieties come from the northeastern region of Fujian, including different grades such as Silver Needle, White Peony, Gong Mei, and Shou Mei.
Bai Mu Dan (White Peony): This newer variety of white tea is cultivated in China and other countries around the world. It can be cultivated from an original Chinese white tea bush or from another variety. It usually includes some buds blended with unfurled or barely opened young tea leaves.
Some common traits used to describe the overall flavor profile of the white tea category include floral, grassy, honey, fruity, citrus, herby, mild, subtle, delicate and sweet.
White tea varieties from Fujian, China, have been shown to be lower in caffeine and are considered to contain less caffeine than green or black tea.
Storage instructions:

2. Keep tea away from heat, light, oxygen, and moisture.
3. Never store tea in the refrigerator.
4. Tea will last longer if kept in an opaque, airtight container.
