  • Hess Allomi Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Hess Allomi Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

TASTE WITH THE WINEMAKER "On the nose, our Allomi Cabernet offers enticing aromas of currant, blackberry and elegant expressions of vanilla. These aromas are complemented by layered flavors of juicy balanced fruit, most notably black and red cherry and raspberry. Plush, well-integrated tannins provide a round, delicious mouthfeel, and lead to elements of cocoa powder supported by a subtle oak spice, adding to the personality of the wine and reminding us why this is one of our most popular Napa offerings.”

  • Immortal Slope Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

    Immortal Slope Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Product Highlights Sonoma Valley, California- The wine is dense, ripe and powerful, an effusive vortex of blackberry, toast, brown sugar, allspice, cassis, dark chocolate, earl grey tea, mint, anise, sugar cookie, chai, and tarragon. The palate is massive, but fruit sweet, supple and creamy. The magnificently steep vineyards of Immortal Estate are among the steepest in California, planted on a dramatic 55-degree slope on the Mayacamas range. The winery was formerly known as Hidden Ridge, and in 2019, Tusk Proprietor Tim Martin partnered up with Houston Astros pitcher Justin Verlander and Supermodel Kate Upton as the winery’s owners. Winemaker Tim Milos made wine at Opus One, Stag’s Leap, and Cliff Lede and has two 100-Point wines under his belt, so it’s no wonder Immortal wines receive high scores from enthusiasts and critics with each new vintage. Individual barrels from eight lots were selected for the final blend of the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon producing complexly flavored, concentrated, age-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon.

    Emilio Moro Malleolus 2020

Winemaker Notes Very covered cherry red color, intense on the nose, highlighting ripe black fruits that gain intensity as the wine evolves in the glass. During the tasting, a fruity base is perceived, nuances of the typical aromas of Tempranillo and spicy notes characteristic of the great vintages of this brand. • Grgich Hill Estate Library Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Grgich Hill Estate Library Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

The 2013 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon enters the glass with a ruby red to brick red color. On the nose it opens with warm notes of strawberry and cranberry and a hint of persimmon and tamarind. Aromas of plum and dried stone fruit emerge after that, with undertones of petrichor and sandalwood. On the palate, this wine is extraordinarily balanced with a soft and sapid tannin structure and a subtle fresh acidity. Nimble and precise red berry fruit aromas dominate the front palate while the mid palate demonstrates considerable aromatic complexity of red stone fruit and orange rind with earthy and savory undertones. This wine is developing gracefully in the bottle, showing a still vivacious freshness on the front palate yet developing the complex aromatics of a mature Cabernet Sauvignon on the mid palate.

Broadbent Broadbent Malmsey Madeira Ten Year Old

Broadbent Broadbent Malmsey Madeira Ten Year Old

Broadbent Description Aged in oak casks for at least 10 years. A superb, full-bodied, wonderfully rich Madeira with a sweet, rich chocolaty flavor and a concentrated bouquet. Best enjoyed with desserts, or on its own after a meal. Wine Enthusiast: 90 Points The Madeira regulations say that 10-years old is the age of the youngest part of the blend. So this richly sweet Malmsey contains many older wines. These are shown in the old gold color, the proper citrus acidity and the dryness that goes with wood aging. At the end, though, the liquid honey flavors are dominant.

  • Dunn Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

    Dunn Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Winemaker Notes The Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of Dunn's Howell Mountain fruit and a small quantity of valley floor fruit that they purchase. This valley floor fruit contributes to the wine’s earlier approachability and softer tannic structure. Tasting Notes 2019 Howell Mountain Antonio Galloni, Vinous The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain is outrageously beautiful. A wine of extraordinary purity, the 2019 dazzles right out of the gate. The tannins are nearly silky for a young Howell Mountain Cabernet. Red/purplish fruit, lavender, spice, rose petal and pomegranate all build in this sumptuous, explosive Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2019 is one of the most elegant Cabernets I have tasted here, and that is saying something What a wine!

  • Grgich Hills Yountville Old Vine Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Grgich Hills Yountville Old Vine Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

We relied on indigenous years for fermentation and then aged the wine in new French oak barrels for 22 months. This is a full-bodied and well balanced Cabernet Sauvignon with rich flavors of blackberries, black licorice and a hint of allspice with a long, seductive finish. Having the patience to cellar this wine will reward you in the glass years from now. Serve with simply roasted meat dishes or all by itself to fully enjoy the wine's complex flavors. Wine Advocate WA92-95 The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Yountville Old Vine has an opaque ruby/purple color and should prove really spectacular. Stunning richness, great color, loads of flavor and layers of intensity and richness balanced together in a full-bodied format make for quite a potentially special Cabernet Sauvignon. Wine Enthusiast WE94 Tight-grained tannins lie beneath a sleek, sophisticated structure of ageworthy complexity in this old-vine wine made from grapes planted in 1959. Intensely layered, it shows wisps of currant, pencil shavings and anise-seasonings for a lush backdrop of brambly blackberry. Enjoy 2023-2033.
