一、虫草枸杞燕窝

功效:补虚损、精益气、止咳化痰

做法:

1、将3g/5g燕窝炖煮好备用。

2、将虫草枸杞放入砂锅中,加入水,煮30-40分钟。

3、将煮好的虫草倒入药盅内。

4、加入冰糖水调味即可。

二、杏仁桃仁燕窝

功效:润肺祛痰、止咳平喘、活血润肠、美白养颜

做法:

1、将3/5克燕窝炖煮好备用。

2、将准备好的杏仁和桃仁放入一个炖碗内,加入水放入微波炉加热5分钟。(或者放入不锈钢碗中,在电磁炉上水开后煮5min)

3、加入冰糖水调味即可食用

温馨提示:杏仁桃仁燕窝口味较苦,在加入冰糖水的量上要注意。

三、红参燕窝

功效:大补元气、滋阴养血、养心复脉

做法:

1、将3/5克燕窝炖煮好备用。

2、将3克红参放入炖碗内,加入水放入微波炉加热5分钟左右。(或者放入不锈钢碗中,在电磁炉上水开后煮5min)

3、加入冰糖水调味即可,也可视客人情况,如想保留参的原味而不加入冰糖水。

注意:在食用燕窝时,老人如患感冒、发热、腹泻或胃肠不适,则应暂停,待病愈之后继续食用。
