A base of the 2020 vintage, which was extremely small, is boistered by the addition of some 2018, 2019, and 2021. This multi-vintage experiment comes from 3 separate vineyards, and sees 17 months aging in barrel. A red-fruited, oak spiced, supple dry red that is fresh, yet suited to age. Pair with duck rillettes and cherry preserves.
