高山云雾采自早春的嫩芽叶，原料为一芽一叶、二叶，外形匀整翠绿，微露锋苗;条索紧结卷曲，细嫩露芽。 一经冲泡，汤色嫩绿明亮，嫩香持久，滋味鲜醇悠长，品后口留余香。茶其外形条索扁平，挺削如剑，色泽嫩绿、白毫披身;汤色杏黄明亮，叶底色绿芽壮肉质叶形初展单一，大小均匀厂芳香浓郁、持久，状似雪龙，采于春分前后，全年春、夏、秋三季均可采制，品质以明前茶为最优，因其清香持久，甘醇爽味，可谓茶中极品，多次被评为国家和省部级金质奖、名茶奖。
