The 2009 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a muscular, yet refined wine. On the nose it offers concentrated dark fruit and mineral notes. The palate yields dark fruit characteristics such as black cherry and cassis. The tannins are fine and well-integrated. Good structure, lovely acidity, freshness and vibrancy.
