Description:
Pale straw yellow. The interesting freshness of a summer beach - lime, green apples, then the roundness of honeydew. Light body, medium acidity, astringent. Citrus in the palate to a medium finish with a tiny hint of minerality. It paired ok with tagliatelle with shrimps and asparagus, and lobster with butter and lemon, for Margaret’s birthday celebration with the Williams. Overall a good wine but it lacks the minerality of an Etna Bianco and it’s too expensive for what you get.-
