Quite impressive Chardonnay, that starts with a little fizz, and with all the chalk from behind, it makes you think of champagne. Chalky, mineral, with lots of stone fruits, iodine, mild tangerines & grapefruit zest, some flowers and pastry notes. Fermentation and ageing in concrete tanks, no sulfur added. Vertical wine, with racy acidity and weight in the palate. Amazing value.-
