冲泡方法：

整颗直冲法：

1、拆开包装，取出完整的小青柑。

2、将小青柑上的小盖揭开，放入盖碗或者便携冲泡壶中。

3、水开后第一遍洗茶并润茶，第二转开始每次浸泡5秒后出茶，之后可逐渐增加浸泡水时间，保证茶汤的口感与滋味。

 4、也可以使用陶壶、银壶、不锈钢壶、玻璃壶等直接煮茶，整颗小青柑放入煮即可。

碎皮冲泡法：

        1、拆开包装，取出完整的小青柑；

        2、将小青柑上的小盖揭开，放入杯中或壶中；

 3、加入开水冲泡，第一遍润茶，第二遍出汤即可饮用。

九孔冲泡法：

 　　1、拆开包装，取出完整的小青柑，备一普洱茶刀。

 　　2、用普洱茶刀（锥形）在小青柑四周及底部钻以九孔，孔径大小以不漏碎茶为宜。

 　　3、将钻孔后的小青柑放入壶中，加入开水。茶慢慢浸出，与果皮的清香融合，口感清甜适度。
