【Tea Description】

Jinjunmei Black Tea is a premium Chinese black tea crafted from tender single buds of the Camellia sinensis var. sinensis tea plants in the Wuyi Mountains, Fujian. Known as the "Queen of Black Teas," it features delicate golden tips and a complex aroma profile that combines honey, floral, and subtle fruity notes.

【Production Process】

Crafted through 6 meticulous steps: Single-bud plucking → Withering (natural air-drying) → Rolling (to release enzymes) → Oxidation (controlled fermentation for 2–3 hours) → Drying (low-temperature烘焙) → Hand-sorting for uniform golden tips.

【The Dry Tea Leaves】

The dry tea consists of tightly twisted, slender buds with a glossy乌黑 (dark乌木色) hue and prominent golden hairs. The aroma is rich and inviting, blending wild honey, osmanthus flowers, and a hint of dried longan.

The brewed liquor is a bright, translucent amber with a warm golden glow, exhibiting a smooth, oil-rich texture.
