Method:
1.    Soak the lion’s mane mushrooms in hot water for at least 1 hour, squeezing out the yellow water several times. Remove any tough stems and cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
2.    Place the Lion’s Mane Mushrooms, Codonopsis root, Tangerine Peel, Ginger, and chicken into a pot, adding enough water to cover.
