本品采用黑龍江林區優質的黑木耳為原料。經過篩選、除雜、高溫滅菌、成型等物理壓縮加工而成。體積小,泡鬆復原快等特點,本產品保持原色原味,無添加劑,無人工色素,是餐廳、家庭烹調及贈親友的佳品。

木耳可用凉水(冬季可用温水)泡發。經過3至4小時的浸泡,水慢慢地渗透到木耳塊中,木耳就又恢復到半透明状柔軟即為發好。這樣泡發的木耳,不但数量增多,而且質量好。

It is known as Mandarin Chinese: 云耳; pinyin: yún'ěr, lit. "cloud ear"[citation needed], Chinese: 毛木耳; pinyin: máomù'ěr, lit. "hairy wood ear"), and in Japanese it is called ara-ge-ki-kurage (アラゲキクラゲ, lit. "rough-hair-tree-jellyfish"). It is also known as black fungus, black Chinese fungus (or mushroom), wood ear fungus, wood fungus, ear fungus, or tree ear fungus, an allusion to its rubbery ear-shaped growth. 

Black fungus has been a famous edible fungus and medicinal fungus since ancient times. It is the best edible fungus and is known as the precious king of edible fungi. Black fungus has the functions of lowering blood fat, anti-thrombosis, anti-aging, anti-tumor, etc. 

It is an ideal health food resource whether it is eaten directly or used as a food formula. Fungus can be soaked in cold water (warm water in winter). After 3 to 4 hours of soaking, water slowly penetrates into the fungus, and the fungus returns to a large translucent shape. The fungus soaked in this way not only increases in quantity, but also has good quality. It can be added to soups. Do not overcook it so that it maintains a crispy texture.
