永合豐 野生 姬松茸
姬松茸Agaricus blazei Murr.，别名小松菇、柏氏蘑菇、巴西蘑菇、松茹、松口蘑、老鹰菌、松伞菌等。主要野生于吉林和黑龙江赤松林地中。另外，云南、贵州、广西、四川、西藏、安徽等地的山区松林、阔叶树混交林地亦有少量分布。它是一种夏秋生长的腐生菌，生活在高温、多湿、通风的环境中，具杏仁香味，口感脆嫩。姬松茸菌盖嫩，菌柄脆，口感极好，味纯鲜香，食用价值颇高。
