Le Petit Mouton de Mouton Rothschild – 2012 Harvest 1st to 15th of October Varietal mix Cabernet Sauvignon 79%Merlot 19%Cabernet Franc 2% Tasting notes An attractive, deep purple colour with a violet tint. The nose is expressive and complex, on ripe fruit aromas reminiscent of bigarreau cherry and blackberry. After an initial contact of remarkable gentleness and refinement, the palate fills out into a full and lush body on flavours of spice, vanilla and prunes in spirit, ending on a long and mineral finish.

100% Merlot that was hand picked and fermented half in barrel half in tank. Then aged for over a year in 100% new oak. This is a big wine the blue and black berry spectrum. Quite rich on the palate and offering some delicate violets and chocolate underneath. It’ll look more open after 2020. I think this is a classic for boeuf bourguignon. Clos 56 is a tiny 0.56 hectare of 60 year old vines in a prime part of Pomerol. The vines are part of a bigger St-Emilion Estate that focus on small patches of quality land run as organically as possible.

"Bottled in April 2016, the 2016 Goulée by Cos d’Estournel has a vivid, fresh, lively bouquet of black fruit infused with bell pepper. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannin and plenty of tarry black fruit laced with tobacco. The generous texture and tannins are well integrated into the rich fruit. It's juicy, broad and showing the typical acidity of the vintage. With its tannic structure, the wine will age well.

Sparkling with beautiful mineral bitterness, The Esprit Nature Brut pushes the door of the great wines of Champagne, while its incomparable fruit invites shared pleasure. On the eyes, a beautiful golden and blond reflections. On the nose, notes of stone fruits (pear, peach), vanilla and spices (white pepper) on a base of candied lemon which gives it freshness. Then come maturity and gluttony. The attack is fresh and then discreet and lets the overall vinosity express itself. The body, the very fullness make the structure of this wine. Minerality and light tannins contribute to a long, vinous, warm and silky astringent final structure with bitter almond and biscuit aromas.
