White Peony, also known as Bai Mu Dan, is a delicate white tea that's minimally processed, lightly oxidized and full of antioxidants.Upon drinking, the liquid is sweet, soft, and smooth, and carries a clear pekoe aroma; if this tea is stored and left to age for longer periods of time, it will soon develop a mellower, richer taste.
