餅茶是在散茶的基礎上,經過蒸製,使茶葉變軟,然後進行壓制,變成圓餅形状,因為白茶餅在製作過程中有了蒸壓工藝,加重了白茶的發酵,讓白茶的口感更加醇厚,湯色轉爲深沉,陳放後茶韻更加濃厚。

White Peony, also known as Bai Mu Dan, is a delicate white tea that's minimally processed, lightly oxidized and full of antioxidants. Upon drinking, the liquid is sweet, soft, and smooth, and carries a clear pekoe aroma; if this tea is stored and left to age for longer periods of time, it will soon develop a mellower, richer taste.
