This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Proposition 65 warnings advise of exposures to chemicals that may contribute to an individual's overall lifetime risk of cancer or risk of birth defects or other reproductive harm. Almaviva was born from a joint venture between 2 legendary winemaking entities, The Baron Phillipe de Rothschild and Concha y Toro. The combination of French winemaking tradition, with the unique soil composition and climate of Chile's Maipo Valley. The estate vineyards are located in Puente Alto, and are world renowned for their Cabernet Sauvignon, in thanks to their wonderful gravelly soils and cooler climate with a strong day-night time temp shift which helps to preserve the acidity and elegance, Almaviva marries Bordeauxesque structure with Chilean generosity.
As the Grand Vin of the estate, this wine is built to age for decades. Composed primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon with Carmenere, then aged for 20 months in French oak ( of which 73% is new), this wine pours into the glass deeply colored and immediately expressive. Aromas of cassis, strawberry, blackberries, lavender are followed by the classic savory Bordeaux notes of leather, pencil shavings, and cigar box. Beautiful, and velvety on the palate, this wine, served alongside lamb chops with a nice hard char, and you are in paradise
