Zhengshan Souchong is produced in Tongmuguan, Wuyishan City, Fujian Province. The tea leaves are black with tight strips, but the tea soup is dark red with a unique longan soup flavor. Lapsang Souchong black tea is very suitable for curry and meat dishes. Later, on the basis of Zhengshan Souchong, Kung Fu black tea was developed.
