You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

【Core Positioning】Brown Mountain Ancient Tree Material · 8 Years Aged Menghai Ripe Flavor
1. Brown Mountain Ancient Tree Raw Material: Selected spring tea from ancient trees in the core production area of Brown Mountain, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, with rich mountain charm and full tea quality, providing sufficient material basis for later transformation.
2. Aged Since 2017: After 8 years of natural aging, the tea nature becomes more gentle, the pile taste fades completely, and the aged aroma and sweet rhyme are fully integrated, making it an excellent choice among medium-term ripe Pu'er.
3. Made with Menghai Craftsmanship: Produced by Menghai Zhenbo Tea Industry following traditional ripe tea fermentation technology, with moderate fermentation, retaining the mellow heritage of Brown Mountain tea and the iconic sweetness of Menghai ripe tea.
Opening the cake reveals a pure aged aroma, accompanied by caramel and woody sweet notes; the tea soup is deep red and bright, soft and smooth in the mouth with obvious glutinous texture, and the sweetness and saliva are delicate and lasting; the tea leaves at the bottom are reddish brown and neat, with high brew resistance, and the sweet rhyme remains after more than ten infusions, suitable for daily drinking and long-term collection.
As the core ripe Pu'er product of Zhenbo Mingcha, this 2017 ripe cake has both drinking value and collection potential. Whether you drink it yourself to experience the warmth of medium-term ripe tea, or give it as a tea gift to relatives and friends, it is a classic worth starting with among Brown Mountain ancient tree ripe Pu'er teas.
