Odette Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Stags Leap District 2019
The Odette 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is the new release from the newest winery from PlumpJack. One of the highest-scoring Cabs from a stellar vintage.97 Points Jeb Dunnuck: "A blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 6% Malbec, and the rest Petit Verdot, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate comes all from the cool Stags Leap District and was brought up mostly in new French oak. It’s a full-bodied, ripe, powerful 2019 that nevertheless stays balanced and weightless on the palate, with silky tannins and a rare level of polish and elegance. Giving up lots of pure cassis and blue fruits as well as notes of violets, underbrush, and high-class oak, it already offers pleasure yet is going to evolve gracefully for 20 years or more. If you’re looking for ripe, sexy, seamless, and impeccably made Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, look no further."

Louis Jadot Beaune 1er Cru Celebration 2018
HARVEST NOTE 2018 produced a vintage of historic quality. The hot and dry summer season brought the grapes to complete and uniform maturity with no adverse elements to sort out. Fermentations proceeded steadily and the wine began its extended aging in barrels in the Jadot cellar for 18 months, followed by an additional 6-month period of refinement in stainless steel tanks. TASTING NOTE The thoroughly ripe grapes conferred a deep color to this wine as well as an opulent texture. Aromas of dark berries are intertwined with hints of mocha and spice which evolve over the long and persistent finish. This wine has both the elegance and density to age for many years to come.

Louis Jadot Beaune Domaine des Heritiers Clos Des Ursules 1er Cru Monopole 2021
95 Points James Suckling "Fabulous, fresh blackberry and black-cherry nose with some heady floral notes. Imposing tannin structure and concentration, but it is all wrapped in big black fruit. The crisp acidity of the vintage is very present here and makes this bright, but the firm and stony finish needs some time to completely harmonize. This will really blossom if you have a little patience. From organically grown grapes. Drinkable now, but best from 2024."

Louis Jadot Domaine des Heritiers Corton-Pougets Grand Cru 2021

Professional Ratings 96Vinous The 2021 Corton-Pougets Grand Cru has a wonderful bouquet with transparent red cherry, raspberry and floral notes. This wine is classy and seductive. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe tannins. It's lithe and agile in the mouth with a mineral undertow towards the finish. Domaine La Cabotte Chateauneuf du Pape Vielles Vignes 2020
Description Made from 100% Clairette and vinified in six different amphorae for ten months, La Sauvageonne is a unique wine. It is multi-layered and intensely mineral: incredibly delicate notes of pear build in tandem with a stratum of freshly hoed earth and a hint of bitter fennel. Despite its subtlety and restraint, this is brimming with energy – and will age beautifully.

Vega Sicilia Unico Reserva Especial R.21 Rebera Del Duero (09/10/11)
Wine Advocate As has happened in the last few years, the NV Único Reserva Especial 2021 Release is composed of wines of around 10 years of age, in this case 2009, 2010 and 2011, with 2011 being the Único vintage released at the same time as this non-vintage blend. It's a tribute to the tradition and the past times, a blend of mostly Tinto Fino, the local strain of Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero, and a little Cabernet Sauvignon where they look for the balance and house style by blending different vintages of Único. There are many similarities with the 2011, which can represent about one-third of the blend. There's a little more development in the aromas, some of those ripe but herbal aromas and a powerful palate but without the elegance of the 2011 vintage bottling, which has more stuffing in the mid-palate. It finishes dry, with some tannins. It's certainly younger and fresher than the Reserva Especial from yesteryear, and they are now trying to hold onto some wine to again give it some older components like in the recent past. 16,916 bottles and 257 magnums produced. It was bottled in June 2017.

Tr3smano Tm 2016
WINEMAKERS: Fernando Remírez de Ganuza & Pedro Aibar Sánchez 2016 HARVEST: 2016 was characterized by an unusually mild winter for a continental climate, with a rainy spring that delayed budding. Summer was hot and dry, with high temperatures in June that caused the early onset of flowering. The existing water reserves in the soil allowed optimal ripening. The harvest took place on the morning of October 6, with exceptional grape quality. It was carried out manually in small boxes, and the best clusters were carefully selected by hand. GRAPE CHARACTERISTICS: 100% Tempranillo. Grown in two exclusive vineyards of more than 100 years old, located in the area of Anguix and La Horra, on the moorlands, at an altitude of approximately 1000m. Cultivated in very poor soils of limestone parent rock.

Chateau Trotatoy 2006
Winemaker Notes When ready, this wine shows enormous complexity and concentration and belongs to the most sought-after Pomerols. It can easily be kept 25 years or more in great vintages. Professional Ratings 95Wine Enthusiast his is a strongly structured and impressively textured wine. The tannins shoot through, giving a sense of dryness. But in the center, the wine shows power through both tannins and fruit, with blackberries and red plums. It has a precision and shape that promises long aging.
