This fragrant high mountain oolong tea is made by allowing fresh leaves to mature to a semi-fermented stage before they are dried, which produces the best green and black tea flavors. It retains its rich flavor even up to 7 brews. This oolong brews a bright yellow to amber-colored soup rich in a wide variety of polyphenolic, theaflavin, and thearubigin compounds that are very beneficial to our body.
