Tasting Notes “The inaugural vintage of our Unwritten Signature Series Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon is an absolute show-stopper. From the heralded 2021 vintage, the nose is replete with graphite, blackberry and jasmine. It is heady and inviting. The voluptuous nose leads to a complex and dense palate. Blue and black flavors of anise and cardamom are intermixed with notes of crushed violets and slate. Although 100% Cabernet, it almost reminds us of the exotic perfume that can come with the addition of a few percent Petit Verdot. This wine is a perfect example of what Napa does so well: classically balanced, smooth, persistent and delicious. It is a great wine from a great vineyard in a great vintage. Winemaker Notes The 2015 Merlot is dark and brooding, akin to the 2008 vintage. Yeasty blackberry cobbler, Asian spice, exotic Mandarin orange peel, and a touch of graphite defines its aromatics. Explosive, rich, dark very complex layers of delicious fruit evoke blackberry, sour cherry, crème de cassis and an intriguing note of Hoisin. The texture has a rounded suppleness, with a firm spine from its Cabernet component to tighten the structural core and add a trailing finish. The finish is long and expansive. Amazingly approachable now, this wine has the stuffing to age gracefully and could outrun common assertions of age-ability for Merlot. The 2015 Merlot should hit its peak in 2020-2022, and may be great for many years after. Blend: 81% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Malbec, and 1% Cabernet Franc

Deep garnet-purple colored, it comes bounding out of the glass with notes of black plum preserves, Morello cherries, black raspberries and redcurrant jelly with suggestions of cedar chest, menthol, pencil lead and cardamom. Medium to full-bodied, the palate has great intensity with a real skip in its step, featuring bold, crunchy fruit and rounded tannins with seamless freshness and a fragrant finish. JEB DUNNUCK (97) Checking in as close to an even split of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with around 1% each of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, the 2018 Prince Of Hearts Red offers a stunning, Bordeaux-like nose of red and black currants, new leather, lead pencil, graphite, and bouquet garni. With medium to full-bodied richness, a seamless, elegant texture, classy background oak, and a great finish, this head turner has plenty of richness, yet it's the balance, purity, and texture that keep you coming back to the glass. Light, moderate, clear character type of sake, "Seiryuu" in English means "Clear Stream".    Rice originally grown in Yamagata Prefecture "Dewasansan". Polished to 50%, a very delightful Junmai Daiginjou with a fairly low alcohol content of around 14%. Easy and neat on the palate. Fresh fruits, citrusy with sweet candies on the nose. Very gentle, quiet ending.  Perfect to drink on it's own or pair with semi hard cheese like Gouda or Edam.   Ideal Serving Temperature：15℃ below

Winemaker Notes Very covered cherry red color, intense on the nose, highlighting ripe black fruits that gain intensity as the wine evolves in the glass. During the tasting, a fruity base is perceived, nuances of the typical aromas of Tempranillo and spicy notes characteristic of the great vintages of this brand. In the mouth it is voluminous, with ripe and silky tannins. The aftertaste is long and very persistent. Its silkiness and elegance on the palate allow this Malleolus 2020 to pair with any roast or stew, making it one of the Ribera del Duero wines recommended by the public and critics.
