话梅是凉果零食，味道具有酸、甜等特点。一般来说，话梅主要加工流程是利用采摘下成熟后的青梅，亦被称作黄梅，待洗刷清洁后，将其置入罐装容器内腌制数月，然后取出晒干，再用砂糖等辅料加工，反复再晒干，最后成为话梅。

新鲜姜一般只有姜辣味及姜风味。本制品话梅姜是把话梅风味加进姜原料中，是属于凉果类食品。

 

Preserved  Hua Mei/Plum Ginger Candy

Plum is a cooling, refreshing fruit snack with a sour and sweet taste and detoxifying effects. Generally speaking, the manufacturing process of dried plum uses mature green plums, also known as yellow plums. After being washed and thoroughly cleaned they are aged in a metal container and marinated for several months, then dried, and sugar is added. 

Fresh ginger generally only has ginger spiciness and a hot ginger flavor. It is recommended for indigestion and nausea. But plum ginger in this product adds cooling, refreshing flavor, and additional health benefits by adding the flavor of plum into ginger raw materials.
