Sweet red cherry, rose petal, mint, licorice and orange peel all flesh out in the glass. In 2015, the Nubiola – which can be a bit lean – is nicely filled out. Pliant, deep and powerful, the 2015 appears to have a very bright future. Best of all, the 2015 will drink well with minimal cellaring.
