They are rolled into perfect balls. Dong Ding oolong tea has a distinctive honey taste and aroma with roasted notes. The tea is lightly colored and has a unique lingering sweet aftertaste. Warm the teapot with the boiling water, put 3 grams of tea, and pour a small amount of the boiling water into the tea and pour it out, then pour 225-250 ml of boiling water and cover the teapot for 3-5 minutes before serving. Boiling temperature – 90-95°C (195-205°F). You can use this amount of tea 3 to 5 times.

The nose is fresh and reminiscent of white flowers (hawthorn, acacia). After agitation, it reveals very delicate aromas of floral-flavored honey and spice bread. A champagne with a crisp initial impact on the palate, giving way to rich and generous floral notes, enhanced by a touch of licorice. The dosage is understated and perfectly integrated, thus allowing the true essence of the wine to come to the fore. This finish is exuberant with a freshness accentuated by citrus aromas (lemon and grapefruit).

Hand harvested in September. Native yeast fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged on its lees in the same French oak barrels for 11-18 months in their subterranean, gravel floor barrel rooms. Bottled unfiltered and unfined. 422 barrels produced. Pair with: rich poultry, pork and pasta dishes.
