Following the blending of our single-vineyard wines, we were fortunate to have a collection of barrels that conveyed the same elegance and complexity for which we are known, yet on a more supple, approachable frame. Jubilation is a wine ready to enjoy now, with the pedigree to age gracefully in the cellar, maintaining the Colgin Cellars’ hallmarks of perfume, freshness, and minerality. The inaugural bottling of Jubilation from the 2016 vintage was released in late 2020. Future vintages are destined for select members of the fine wine trade.

This is a Paso Robles estate Rose. It’s an interesting Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsaut, Counoise and Carignan blend. The color is a beautiful salmon. The nose is citrusy and floral. This wine’s acidity is lively on your palate with a predominance of grapefruit. The finish is clean and I think this would go well with something spicy such as Thai food. Perhaps a little overpriced.

This delicious white medium plus bodied wine has notes of mild lemons and tangerine, tropical fruits like kiwi and honeydew and fragrant white florals. Really nice white to drink on its own or to pair with cheese and crackers or chicken or pork roast.
