    汝窯天青鋦釘梅花(公道杯)茶海 Size(Inch) 5 * 3.5 * 3Gong Dao Bei (Fairness Cup) is an important teaware item in the Gongfu tea brewing method a traditional way of enjoying warm tea in China that pays respect to the tea and the tea drinker.  The gongdaobei is a small pitcher with a narrow bottom. Its main function is to evenly distribute the brewed tea to guests and in that way prevent the tea from becoming too strong in the tea pot. Brewed tea is poured from the tea pot into the gongdaobei and then poured into individual cups.  Ru ware is a famous and extremely rare type of Chinese pottery originally from the Song dynasty, produced for the imperial court for a brief period around 1100. This type of porcelain is smooth and elegant to touch. It has a sleek, bright, and simple design with a beautiful finish. This exquisite celadon's fine patina of hairline cracks is an especially prized characteristic that enhances its aesthetic appeal. Celadon ware has a soft grey-green-colored glaze achieved by applying an iron-rich liquefied clay to the ceramic before it is fired in a kiln.  The gongdaobei looks delicate but is durable. With use over time, the appearance of the cracks in Ru-Kiln ware darkens to enhance the beautiful patterns. Since they are hand-crafted, each individual RU-KILN piece is unique and may vary slightly in glaze, shape, and volume. Ru-kiln porcelain has a soft hand feel, a sleek, bright, and simple design but elegant gross finished looking. Herbal relief comes in the form of a stringy looking twig called thorowax known for thousands of years in Chinese medicine as chai hu in Latin: bupleurum. It was first described in a medical text dating back to the first century BC and is widely grown and used all over China today.When our body struggles against a cold or flu, we may feel alternating chills and fever. We may have a bitter taste in our mouth because digestion, especially the liver/gallbladder, is stressed. We may have upset stomach, vertigo, dizziness, aggravation or irritability, or tightness in the chest. Some people may feel these discomforts worse during Springtime or as a result of poor diet, emotional upset, or lack of sleep. Bupleurum has traditionally been used to improve all of these discomforts that the body suffers while trying to regain harmony. Bupleurum lowers fever and enhances our protection against stress. Ingredients:  Bupleurum root, scutellaria root, ginger, pinellia tuber, apricot kernel, cardamom, semen coicis, bamboo leaf, talc, smilax glabra rhizorne, licorice root, tangerine peels, ginseng root, kombu, honeysuckle flower, chrysanthemum flower Directions: Add six bowls of water. Boil six bowls of water into one bowl, then filter and take the soup. The amount of water is a key point because it can directly affect the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, so if cooking the herbal soup according to the guidelines, the best results will be achieved. Suggestions: People who are unfamiliar with Chinese herbs may find their smell to be strong and taste at times bitter. We suggest that you become acquainted with them gradually. Empty the package of herbs into – quarts of water and simmer them for 30 minutes. A non-metal pot works best. If you have it use a ceramic coated or glass pot. The same herbs may be used again, the second cooking can be as long as 1 hour. Inhale the steam to help clear sinus congestion and head and throat discomforts. Allow the mixture to cool until it is comfortably warm. For fever, drink a small teacup every two hours or as needed. If necessary you might add a little fresh lemon juice or raw honey to improve the flavor. Cold/flu teas and herbs are best used between meals so that they do not interfere with digestion. If diarrhea occurs after using detoxifying herbs, reduce the dosage. If weakness occurs after several day’s uses, baring allergy, you might use a tonic herb such as reishi mushroom. The first Yixing teapots originated west of Taihu, the great lake in the Jiangsu province around 100 miles from Shanghai. ... Pottery has been produced in Yixing since neolithic times. Yixing teapots are intended for pu’er, black, and oolong teas. They can also be used for green or white teas, however, the heat retention characteristics of Yixing make the brewing process extremely difficult; and in such cases, the water must be heated to no greater than 85 °C (185 °F), before pouring into the teapot. A famous characteristic of Yixing teapots is their ability to absorb trace amounts of brewed tea flavors and minerals into the teapot with each brewing. Over time, these accumulate to give each Yixing teapot its own unique interior coating that flavors and colors future brewings. It is for this reason that soap is never recommended for cleaning Yixing teapots, but instead, fresh distilled water and air drying. Many tea connoisseurs will steep only one type of tea in a particular Yixing teapot so that future brewings of the same type of tea will be optimally enhanced Yixing teapots are smaller than their western counterparts as the tea is often brewed using the gongfu style of brewing: shorter steeping durations with smaller amounts of water and smaller teacups (compared to western-style brewing). Traditionally, the tea from the teapot is poured into either a small pitcher, from which it is then poured into a teacup that holds approximately 30 ml or less of liquid, allowing the tea to be quickly and repeatedly ingested before it becomes cooled or into several teacups for guests.
