    Founded in 1823, Fukano Distillery is located in Hitoyoshi City, of the Kumamoto Prefecture of Japan on the island of Kyushu. Hitoyoshi is surrounded by mountains and is known for its pure water and nature. Shigeruriku Fukano is the fifth generation of his family to run the distillery. They use a combination of malted and un-malted rice to make their whisky in a pot still. These releases are very limited in nature and only a few casks are bottled each year.  The Vault Reserve 2 is fuller and more rounded than its #1 release, with a sweeter taste profile and a softer mouthfeel. On the palate expect notes of vanilla, cocoa, brown sugar, and bourbon. Despite this, it's still a fairly bright whiskey, with hints of orange peel. Overall a richness and spice that makes you want to curl up by a fire. Bottled at 40.4% abv.

Every acre of the estate vineyard is meticulously farmed with the attention to detail and singular focus required to produce Opus One. This scrutiny carries through the blending process and certain lots will not be included in the final Opus One blend. Yet, when these lots are afforded additional time in barrel along with the added flexibility of blending across multiple vintages, the final wine achieves a remarkable elegance and complexity. Overture displays a vibrant garnet color with expressive aromas of fresh red fruit. Notes of bright cherry and red currant are underpinned by more earthy tones of ground cocoa, cedar and vanilla. Extended barrel aging gives the wine an elegant texture accentuated by round tannins and a soft mouthfeel.

It is recognized by the world as the best ginseng with the reputation of being "the world's first ginseng." Araliaceae plant ginseng with rhizome root is processed and steamed. It has the functions of invigorating vitality, nourishing and strengthening the body, promoting body fluid and quenching thirst, calming the mind, and improving intelligence. Indications: It is suitable for people with palpitations, insomnia, physical weakness, heart failure, cardiogenic shock, etc. Caution: Avoid use with fever; do not eat with veratrum (false hellebores) carrot or radish.The real Korean ginseng is made from the ginseng grown for 6 years. The Chinese produced "Korea ginseng" which mostly uses the ginseng grown in Changbai Mountain. Since there is no strict age limit, most of them are 3-4 years old. There will be differences in the effectiveness of Chinese ginseng itself because the processing and medicinal materials will be different from South Korea. To be precise, it should be red ginseng made according to Korean processing methods, but it cannot be called "Korea ginseng." The heads are clearly distinguished. If there are less than 6, it must be domestic Chinese, not imported from Korea.
