铁观音是乌龙茶的极品，其品质特征是：茶条卷曲，肥壮圆结，沉重匀整，色泽砂绿，整体形状似蜻蜓头、螺旋体、青蛙腿。冲泡后汤色金黄浓艳似琥珀，有天然馥郁的兰花香，滋味醇厚甘鲜，俗称有“音韵”。
针对清香铁观音的保存，一般都要求低温和密封真空，这样在较长的时间内可以保证铁观音的色香味。采用真空压缩包装法，并附有外罐包装可达到最佳效果。铁观音作为一种饮料，不可以永久保存，一直放在冰冻箱里零下5度保鲜，最多不要超过一年，以半年内喝完为佳。
Anxi High Mountain Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea#1447
Anxi is the origin of Chinese Tieguanyin oolong tea and is one of the largest green tea-producing areas, known as the Chinese tea capital.
This fragrant high mountain oolong tea is made by allowing fresh leaves to mature to a semi-fermented stage before they are dried, which produces the best green and black tea flavors. It retains its rich flavor even up to 7 brews. This oolong brews a bright yellow to amber-colored soup rich in a wide variety of polyphenolic, theaflavin, and thearubigin compounds that are very beneficial to our body. The initial smooth flavor suggests roasted nuts and it has a strong lasting, sweet and roasted tang.
