黄山毛峰是中国十大名茶之一，属于绿茶。产于安徽省黄山（徽州）一带，所以又称徽茶。
此黄山毛峰产自黄山景区毗邻的桃花峰产区，干茶翠绿中略泛微黄，色泽油润光亮，尖芽紧偎叶中，酷似雀舌，全身白色细绒毫，匀齐壮实，锋显毫露，色如象牙，鱼叶金黄。冲泡后汤色清澈明亮，呈浅绿或黄绿色。香高而持久，清鲜馥郁酷似白兰，沁人心肺。品尝起来滋味鲜浓而不苦，回味甘爽，生津润喉。
