Fine Milled(microtomy) to retain nutritients
Rich in Dietary Fibre, good for digestive system.
Promote the cardiovascular health, beneficial to digestive and circulatory systems.

Sugested Cooking Method:
Eat directly, or add 1-2 teaspoons of USA ground Flaxseed into congee, cereal breakfast, oat flakes or salad.
Consume twice daily.
