保存方法：

冷藏：
將新鮮花旗參以餐巾紙包裹，置於密封袋中，放入冰箱冷藏，每隔2~3天觀察紙巾的濕潤度，適時的更換乾燥的紙巾，以保持新鮮花旗參的新鮮度。最多可冷藏保存3~4周。
冷凍：
可以按每次食用份量，用小塑膠袋分成小包，密封之後置入冷凍櫃中，可以保存一年左右，食用時不用解凍，直接將冰凍的新鮮花旗參入鍋煮燉即可。
