- 内服：煎汤，6~15g；或入丸剂。
- 外用：适量，敷膏点眼。清虚热宜生用，补肝肾宜熟用。

This product is the dried and mature fruit of the Oleaceae plant Ligustrum.
Traditional Chinese medicine uses: Invigorates the liver and kidney, strengthens the waist and knees, improves eyesight, and darkens hair.

Dosage Oral administration: decoction, 6~15g; or into pills.
